TRINE also manufactures F.C.S. (A105), M.S. (IS:2062), S.S.(A240), F.S.S.(A182F) Flanges (Slipon/Blind/Socket Weld/Weld Neck) as per ANSI B16.5, ASA Class-150, 300, 600, DIN:2527/2576 ND-10, 16, 25, 40, BS-10 Table-D, E, F, H, J, K, IS:1536.

They are available in size ranging from 15mm to 600mm. TRINE fittings & flanges can be supplied under third party inspection with all necessary testings such as Chemical, Physical, Micro, Macro, etc. TRINE fittings are widely used in industries like Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Fertiliser, Nuclear, Power, etc.

TRINE forged fittings are forged by Close Die Method. They are designed & bored from solid drop forgings to enable the walls to be of uniform thickness. Elbow, Tee & other fittings (screwed/socket weld) are forged solid from graded quality steel billets. Coupling, Reducers, Bushings, Caps, Plugs (screwed/socket weld) are machined from solid forged bars. Elbow, Tee, Reducers (B/W) are made from graded quality seamless pipes and are forged under hydraulic process. Each fitting is marked with the required identification by stamping on the coller portion.
